Ruth Simer, granddaughter of Francis Marion and Harriet Simer believed that her grandmother grew up in Peach Orchard, Arkansas. Instead, it may have been her grandfather who grew up in Peach Orchard, Lawrence, Kentucky. Nat's Creek (from land records) is 2.5 miles from Peach Orchard.

Mobeetie, Wheeler Texas
Martha had died sometime between 1870 and 1872, and Andrew had married Nancy and had another child, Thomas Pritchard Simer. This was the last census record for Andrew although he didn't died until 1907 in Brushy Creek, Grady, Oklahoma at the age of 82. It appears that Nancy preceded him in death.
